Q. Why is the Sound Profile icon invisible?

A. Keeping with the style of my themes, I have to make the Sound Profile icon invisible to keep the banner clutter free. The current theme developer forces the Sound Profile icon in the banner. If you have a hardware button on your actual Black Berry, I find it best to set a button short cut to Profiles. You can do this by going to Options > Screen/Keyboard > Convenience Keys.

Q. Why is the theme showing up in my applications menu and not the theme menu?

A. Your Black Berry does not have the newest OS. Please update your OS by visiting your carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, and Cingular.)

Q. How do I change the font and font size for messages/call log and other menus?

A. Currently it is not possible to change any fonts other than the font inside an email, or text etc. The font is embedded into the theme, so only I, the theme developer can change it. Please see my custom page for a possible solution.

Q. When I use a non-default background with my theme, it does not look correct. What can I do?

A. All my themes come with a custom background that accentuates the theme. Using a non-default background may interfere with the theme, and make certain things hard to see. Changing it to a darker/lighter background may help depending on the theme font colors.

Q. How do I find my Black Berry OS version?

A. Compose a new email and type “Myver” and then hit space. It will show your Black Berry phone model, and OS.
